I feel like I’m always working my hardest at practice but its just not good enough and then I always end up putting myself down when I know that’s not the right thing to do because I know I’m better than that. Idk I just really need to learn how to stop putting myself down so much because its not helping what so ever and because when I’m in that mind set that my hard work...
